Screensie gives you a direct way to help someone at their computer. No ads, no sales interruptions, and no expensive bundle of features you did not ask for.

There are no annoying sales popups on every load or during a session. The software stays out of the way while you work.
Sessions use end-to-end protection and prefer a direct peer path when the network allows it. Privacy controls and lock-screen support are built in.
Sessions use end-to-end protection over direct peer paths. Screensie fails closed when a direct path cannot be established; screen, input, file, chat, and technician payloads are never routed through the Screensie server. We built Screensie for people who need useful software at a price they can live with—not a bloated plan full of extras.

Screensie includes the client dashboard, live remote control, and quiet command tools in one simple subscription.

Included with every subscription
Your computers, their resource health, and the issues that need attention. A dedicated workspace for keeping track of support across your existing Screensie account.
Use your existing PC list and groups. See installed versions, resource health and recent reports without setting up a separate device list.
Choose grouped lists or a thumbnail grid. Enable timed screenshots on supported PCs, adjust their intervals, and see which computers need attention.
Review CPU, memory and storage history, track incidents, and leave technician notes. Open Remote Control or Command Center in Screensie when it is time to help.
Every active Screensie subscription includes Manager automatically, with no separate activation or per-endpoint charge. Open Manager from your signed-in dashboard, or download its separate Windows or Linux app there. Monitoring comes with the standard Screensie installation; install the Manager app only on the computers you use to manage your PCs.
Screensie uses authenticated encrypted channels, shows when a remote session is active, and stops the connection if a secure path cannot be established.
Read the privacy policy →Screen, input, file, chat, and technician traffic are protected on supported current clients.
Use a rotating password, a static unattended-access password, or a temporary Quick Link shared with someone you trust.
The controlled computer shows a clear connection border while a remote session is active.
Screensie never cold-calls asking for access, payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, a PCID, or a password.
A paid seat belongs to the computer a technician connects from. The destination computers they help never need paid seats.

Screensie gives technicians a serious diagnostic and repair console before anyone takes over the screen. Inspect, troubleshoot, and act in the background—then open a secure visual session only when the job needs one.
Command Center works separately from the live desktop. The customer can keep working while you gather evidence, compare state, and perform guarded administrative actions.
No vague “cross-platform” promise. Here is what technicians can actually use and where it runs.
Visual remote control is the companion to Command Center—not the whole product.

Control input, send special keys, and use Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
Freehand, lines, shapes, text, undo, and clear.
Switch displays without ending the session.
Cover the remote display and prevent local interference when authorized.
File manager, chat, screenshots, recording, zoom, and magnify.
Visual remote support has a free daily allowance. Command Center is the premium product and requires a Screensie account with an active subscription.
Seats belong to the computers technicians connect from. The customer and destination computers they support do not need paid seats.
Authenticated peers establish direct encrypted payload channels. Screen, input, file, chat, and technician payloads are not carried as ordinary application traffic through the Screensie web server. If the secure path cannot be established, current clients fail closed.
Straight comparisons against other remote-support tools, plus practical guides for diagnosing and repairing Windows PCs remotely.
Find likely problems, act on warnings, and run guarded repairs without interrupting the person at the computer. Switch to encrypted visual control whenever hands-on support is the better tool.
Command Center turns raw machine data into a technician-ready view. One diagnosis correlates resource pressure, storage, reboot state, processes, services, and recent Windows failures, then presents the findings and practical next actions in one place.
Health scoring, disk and RAM pressure, hardware, drivers, event history, processes, services, adapters, displays, controllers, users, and pending reboots.
Guided SFC and DISM, CHKDSK, cleanup, Windows Update repair, network reset, print-spooler recovery, software removal, and safe-mode restart.
Manage services, processes, files, local users, firewall rules, network settings, software, CMD, PowerShell, and bounded Microsoft SQL operations.
No screen takeover required. The customer keeps working while the technician investigates. Open live remote control only when the job calls for it.
Simple pricing
Each seat belongs to a computer used to start outbound connections. Destination computers are free and unlimited.
Flexible monthly
Scale up or down without a long commitment.
Best value yearly
One annual payment—the equivalent of $8.33 per month.
Easy subscription cancellation. If Screensie is no longer right for you, cancel any monthly or yearly subscription directly from the Subscription page in your Screensie administration hub. Cancellation stops future billing—no support ticket, retention call, or unnecessary delay.
No subscription seat assigned? Sign in to save up to 10 PCs, use one outbound connection at a time, and receive one hour of full-feature use per server day. Assign an active monthly or yearly seat to remove the saved-PC, connection, and time limits. Receiving support remains free.
Monthly and yearly seats differ only in billing. There are no feature tiers, paid tool bundles, or endpoint limits.
New Screensie features are included with active paid seats as they become available. Planned platform support is identified as in development and is not promised for a specific release date.
One small client, three ways to connect
Use a PCID and password, keep an organized device library, or hand someone a direct path into the session.
Enter the destination PCID and its current password. Use the rotating random password for one-time help, or choose a static device password for unattended access.
Sign in on outbound PCs, save destination computers, arrange them into groups, and find them quickly with search and online status.
Install Screensie, select Create quick link, and send the copied link to someone you trust. It opens directly into a full-screen remote session for that PC.

The Screensie difference
The same destination can be available to more than one licensed support PC. Seats follow the outbound computer—not the number of people or endpoints you assist.
Command Center stays separate from visual remote control. Inspect and repair behind the scenes, confirm sensitive operations, track real progress, and keep the customer's desktop available for their work.

Security without mystery
Screensie coordinates identity, authorization and secure session setup while remote payloads use authenticated peer connections. Current clients require authenticated encryption, and compatible native endpoints negotiate additional endpoint-to-endpoint encryption. If a secure connection cannot be established, the session ends rather than continuing insecurely.
Screen, input, file, chat and technician traffic use authenticated encryption on supported current clients.
A colorful border appears on the controlled computer while someone is connected, then clears when the session ends.
Command Center actions are allow-listed, bounded, logged as metadata, and require explicit confirmation for sensitive operations.
Use a rotating password, set a static password for unattended access, or share a Quick Link only with someone you trust.

From one PC to a fleet
For technical deployments, start with the batch template in Downloads. Add the Screensie account email, destination group name and optional predefined device password. The script downloads the latest Windows installer, installs silently, assigns the device to the account, and places it in the chosen group ready for connection.

Some premium remote-support bundles can cost more in one month than a Screensie outbound seat costs for an entire year.
$1,440 per year, often with device or feature limits.
Unlimited saved and groupable destination computers.
Illustrative comparison only. Other providers' prices, taxes, limits and included features vary; compare the plan that fits your actual requirements.
Sign in to the Screensie control panel from a phone or tablet to search saved devices, start a visual session, or open the mobile Command Center while you are away from your desk. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are also in active development.
Questions, answered clearly
Select Sign in, choose Register, and create your Screensie.com account. You can use the free daily allowance before purchasing a seat.
No. Only computers you plan to connect from need an outbound seat for unlimited use. Destination computers that receive support do not need a paid seat.
No separate premium rate is required. Pricing is the same for individuals and businesses: $10 per outbound device each month or $100 per outbound device each year.
We cannot promise that pricing will never change, but we will do everything practical to keep Screensie affordable. We would rather serve many people comfortably than turn essential remote support into a bloated premium product.
A colorful border appears around the screen while a Screensie remote-control session is active. If you are not expecting the connection, treat it seriously and disconnect.
Disconnect the computer from the internet immediately—unplug Ethernet or turn off Wi-Fi. End the Screensie service or uninstall Screensie, change exposed passwords from a different trusted device, run a security scan, and contact an appropriate trusted professional. If financial information may have been exposed, contact the bank or provider directly using the number on its official website or your statement.
Only if you personally know and trust the person or independently verified the organization through its official contact information. Screensie is a powerful remote-administration tool. Remote access can expose personal files, browser sessions, passwords and financial information.
If it is your personal computer and you did not authorize the installation or request support, disconnect from the internet and uninstall Screensie immediately. Then review installed software and account activity, change important passwords from a trusted device, and run a reputable security scan.
Remote support without the baggage
Without an assigned seat, use Screensie for one hour per server day with up to 10 saved PCs and one active connection. Assign a monthly or yearly seat for unlimited time, saved PCs, and simultaneous connections.
