Where Screensie differs
A Screensie seat belongs to an outbound support PC. That licensed computer can store unlimited destination PCs and use remote control or Command Center. Current and future available features are included instead of being separated into feature tiers.
Command Center can inspect hardware, processes, services, installed software, users and storage; run guarded repairs; and perform authorized management while the person at the destination continues working.
A sensible evaluation
Install Screensie on two machines you control, try the free daily allowance, test normal and unattended connections, and verify performance on your own networks. Choose the product whose security, workflow and total cost fit your actual support work.
