How to View Windows System Information
See the Windows edition, processor, memory, architecture, and device details.
Follow the steps in order and stop if the screen or target does not match what is described. Use administrator access only when the task requires it.
Open the basic summary
Press Windows + I, select System, then About.
Review Device specifications
Check the processor, installed RAM, device name, and System type.
Review Windows specifications
Check the edition, version, and OS build.
Open the detailed report
Press Windows + R, enter msinfo32, and press Enter.

System Information opens at System Summary.
Export only when needed
In System Information use File > Export and review the file before sharing it because it contains detailed device information.
