How to Find Your Windows Version
Identify the Windows edition, feature version, and OS build.
Follow the steps in order and stop if the screen or target does not match what is described. Use administrator access only when the task requires it.
Open Winver
Press Windows + R, enter winver, and press Enter.

Note the Windows edition, version such as 24H2, and OS build.
Use Settings for more detail
Open Settings > System > About and read Windows specifications.

When requesting support, provide the edition, version, and OS build.
