How to View Installed Printers

See every printer and print queue configured on a Windows PC.

Follow the steps in order and stop if the screen or target does not match what is described. Use administrator access only when the task requires it.

Open Settings

Press Windows + I.

Select Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners in Windows 11, or Devices > Printers & scanners in Windows 10.

Select a printer to open its queue, manage defaults, view properties, or remove it.

Press Windows + R, enter control printers, and press Enter.

The Devices and Printers window opens.
