How to Connect a Bluetooth Device
Pair headphones, keyboards, mice, and other Bluetooth devices with Windows.
Follow the steps in order and stop if the screen or target does not match what is described. Use administrator access only when the task requires it.
Prepare the device
Charge it and put it into pairing mode using the manufacturer's instructions.
Open Bluetooth settings
Press Windows + I and select Bluetooth & devices.
Add the device
Turn Bluetooth on, select Add device > Bluetooth, and choose the correct device.
Confirm any code
If a code appears, confirm that it matches on both devices.
Test and secure
Test the device and remove any unfamiliar pairing shown in Settings.
