What should I check before pairing a device?
Check that the PC has Bluetooth available, the accessory has power and the accessory is in pairing mode. Follow the accessory's instructions and confirm that it is not already connected to another device. Choose the matching device name in Windows.
Why is a paired headset not playing sound?
Pairing and audio selection are separate steps. Confirm that the headset is connected, then check the selected output and input in Windows and in the affected app. Use the audio guides when the connection works but the wrong speaker or microphone is active.
