Which print queue should I open?
Open the queue for the printer selected in the application. A PC can contain old or duplicate printer entries, so compare the device name and connection before canceling a job. Check whether one document is stuck or all documents are affected.
What happens when I cancel a print job?
The canceled job must be submitted again if it is still needed. On a shared printer, check whose work is in the queue before removing it. After clearing the affected job, send a small test document and confirm that it reaches the printer.
