**Before you begin**


Save open work. Confirm that you are working on the intended computer and that you are authorized to make the change.




## Open the queue




Open Settings \> Bluetooth & devices \> Printers & scanners, select the printer, then select Open print queue.




## Cancel the jobs




Open the queue menu and choose Cancel all. Wait a minute for the queue to clear.




## Restart the spooler if necessary




Press Windows + R, enter services.msc, open Print Spooler, and select Restart.
