Put the device in pairing mode, then open Settings \> Bluetooth & devices \> Add device.

**Before you begin**


Save open work. Confirm that you are working on the intended computer and that you are authorized to make the change.




## Prepare the device




Charge it and put it into pairing mode using the manufacturer's instructions.




## Open Bluetooth settings




Press Windows + I and select Bluetooth & devices.




## Add the device




Turn Bluetooth on, select Add device \> Bluetooth, and choose the correct device.




## Confirm any code




If a code appears, confirm that it matches on both devices.




## Test and secure




Test the device and remove any unfamiliar pairing shown in Settings.
