## Which storage guide matches my problem?

## What should I record before changing files or drives?




Record the full location, affected drive and exact error, and confirm where a usable backup is stored. A synchronized folder or network location may affect other people. Avoid deleting unfamiliar system files or treating a restore point as a copy of personal documents.
